Mirage to Oasis

Inspiration

In the heart of Anantara Downtown Dubai, Mirage to Oasis welcomes guests with a vision of transformation. Inspired by the desert mirage turning into life, the installation evokes the journey from illusion to clarity, from heat to stillness.

Craftsmanship

The work spans 17 metres in length and nearly 10 metres in height. More than 1000 fused glass pieces were handcrafted using the double-fusing technique to achieve a seamless transition from deep green to crystal clear. Each element was precisely layered and kiln-finished to create fluid movement and subtle transparency.

Design

The gradation of colour and the interplay of texture fill the lobby with calm, filtered light. The composition connects interior and city, drawing guests into a quiet moment between reflection and arrival.
