We process in particular the data you have provided to us in connection with filling out forms on our website, data provided in connection with cooperation with us, and personal data provided for the purpose of sending information and notices.
We ask individuals under the age of 16 not to send us their personal data through our website. If we discover that we have collected personal data of a child under the age of 16 outside of our legal obligations, we will take steps to delete this information as soon as possible. If you have information that personal data of a person under 16 has been sent to us, please contact us at info@ info@kolektiv.cz or at our registered office address.
All your personal data is processed lawfully and transparently, and only data that is adequate, relevant, and necessary in relation to the purpose of processing is required. The data you provide is used to evaluate your cooperation offers, assess your support applications, conclude or perform a contract with you, fulfil legal obligations, or, if necessary for our defence, to conduct proceedings or raise claims against you or a third party. We process this personal data for 18 months from the moment it is obtained and then retain it to a limited extent for the purpose of exercising potential claims, but no longer than ten years from its provision.
We process your email address provided for the purpose of sending information notices for five years from its provision so that we can inform you about our activities, events, support provided, and projects that we believe may be of interest to you. The legal basis for processing your email address for these purposes is your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to our company, emailing info@kolektiv.cz, or using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our informational emails.
We do not track you on our website. We do not share personal data with third parties. The processed personal data is not transferred abroad nor accessible from abroad.
Your personal data will be processed and stored for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was obtained, as stated in this Privacy Statement, or for the period necessary to fulfil archiving obligations under applicable laws (such as the Accounting Act, the Act on Archiving and Records Management, etc.).
With respect to our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
a) the right of access to personal data,
b) the right to rectification,
c) the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
d) the right to restrict processing,
e) the right to object to processing,
f) the right to data portability,
g) the right to lodge a complaint regarding personal data processing.
You may exercise all your rights by contacting us at info@kolektiv.cz or at our registered office address.
The right of access means that you may request confirmation from us at any time whether personal data concerning you is being processed, and if so, for what purposes, in what scope, to whom it has been disclosed, how long we will process it, where we obtained it, and whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is involved. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, with the first copy being free of charge. In the case of repeated requests made in short intervals, we may refuse the request or charge a reasonable fee for administrative costs. For your protection, we may, and in some cases must, verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We may refuse requests that infringe the rights or privacy of others, or that would require actions not permitted under the law.
The right to rectification means you may request the correction or completion of your personal data at any time so that it is accurate, complete, and up to date.
The right to erasure means we must delete your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing, or (iv) we are required to do so by law.
The right to restrict processing means that until any disputed issues regarding the processing of your personal data are resolved, we must restrict the processing so that we may only store your data and use it where necessary for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
The right to object means you may object to the processing of your personal data that we process for direct marketing or based on legitimate interest. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
The right to data portability means you have the right to obtain the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to transmit this data to another controller; alternatively, upon your request and where technically feasible, we will transfer it directly to another clearly designated controller.
If you exercise your right to lodge a complaint, you may submit it to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
We request and process data only to the extent necessary in relation to the purpose of processing.
Employees who collect and process personal data must do so fairly and legally, only for the purpose and by the means we determine. Regular training is conducted for this purpose. Employees are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data, processing methods, and security measures protecting this data. This duty of confidentiality continues even after termination of their activities for us.
We will handle all your requests concerning your data without undue delay, and in any case within one month of receiving them. If it is not possible to meet this deadline due to complexity or the number of requests, it may be extended by up to two additional months.
We have adopted appropriate security measures that help protect entrusted personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and unauthorized disclosure or alteration. If you believe you have encountered a security issue or wish to report a security incident, please contact us at info@kolektiv.cz or at our registered office address. If a personal data security breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay.
We, as the controller, will process your personal data. However, we use the services of independent providers who perform certain activities for us, such as payment processing, accounting and legal services, and social media integration. Your personal data may be shared with providers of such activities, but only for the purpose of providing the respective services.
If any changes are made to this Privacy Policy, information about such changes will be available on our website. All changes to the Privacy Policy are effective upon their publication on our website.
