For over twenty five years, the Glass Cutting Atelier has created exceptional glass artworks in collaboration with artists from around the world. Rooted in a family tradition, the studio combines refined techniques such as cutting, gluing and sandblasting to shape glass into distinctive sculptural forms and bespoke pieces.

Working primarily with the highest quality optical glass in a wide spectrum of colours and tones, the atelier produces everything from art sculptures to world-renowned trophies. Each piece reflects a precise balance of strength, transparency and light.

Through the mastery of glass cutting, blocks of crystal are shaped into unique three-dimensional objects, giving form to ideas that could exist only in glass.

Petr Stehlík

Petr Stehlík
Head of Glass Cutting Atelier

A graduate of the Glass School in Nový Bor, Petr has worked in glass studios across the Czech Republic and the United States. Early in his career, he gained recognition for restoring antique glass and creating replicas for museums and private collectors in New York.

His craftsmanship has contributed to renowned glass brands including Lalique, Steuben, Galle, Baccarat, Orrefors, Hoya and Daum. Today, his atelier in Northern Bohemia continues this legacy, producing glass sculptures that merge precision, imagination and a deep respect for material.

For Petr, cutting glass is not just a technique. It is a dialogue between strength and fragility, guided by the light within the crystal.
