Crystal Growth
Installed on the façade of the multifunctional complex Solid 11 in Amsterdam, the glass sculpture Crystal Growth explores the relationship between architecture, light and reflection.
The installation spans 5 floors and consists of 15 crystal forms made of espionage mirror glass. Each element was precisely cut, polished and assembled to achieve both structural balance and optical clarity. The entire composition is connected to a remote RGB lighting system that shifts colours throughout the night, creating a subtle rhythm of movement and light.
With its mirrored surfaces and crystalline geometry, Crystal Growth captures the energy of the city while adding a sense of depth and fluidity to the building’s exterior.
Light shaped in crystal, alive in the city.
